A reflection, writing, and Q&A workshop on language, empowerment, and embodiment.

Bring: A journal and something to write with, snacks and something to hydrate with.

What we’ll explore:
• The idea that words are “spells” that shape our bodies, genetics, choices, and relationships
• Understanding etymology & the true definitions of empowerment and disempowerment (How language in medical and everyday settings can empower or disempower)
• Somatic reflections + guided journaling prompts
• Group sharing and Q&A
